About B's Cucina
Hi, I'm Biagio: PhD Scientist, amateur cook, and long time forager. My passion for cooking and foraging began in high school, sparked by the more senior members in my family. Since then, both cooking and foraging have remained constant hobbies, influencing each other's development over the years.
This website, formerly titled "Cin cin, amici!," began as a compendium of ordinary recipes I attempted on a weekly basis, but has since evolved to highlight recipes with a unique spin such as a foraged ingredient. In its latest form, B's cucina aims to share both recipes and knowledge of wild plants and mushrooms to bring different flavors to the dining table. Follow along on my culinary and foraging journey!
