This dish is a take on Carne Asada. Slice up the final product and it is perfect for tacos or enjoy with some roasted potatoes on the side.
Ingredients:
1 lb Skirt Steak
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
Juice of 1 orange
Chopped parsley to top
Instructions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Marinate for 24 hours.
2. Place a cast iron pan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
3. Cook meat on the fatty side down for 4 minutes and then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Top with parsley and serve warm.
